Kushina, like with Mikoto, the childbirth will be painful, according to one of the women.
As the child came forth, the Kyuubi probably came out (the seal weakened) that’s why Mikoto also witnessed it.
Kushina was in pain.
Several Anbu members were on standby in front of the room.

At the time of birth, the Kyuubi threatens to escape fro Kushina (due to the weakening of the seal), so Minato makes an appearance.
Kushina was in great pain, and Anbu stand by (on alert) right outside the room.
Naruto was born on October 10th.
The seal was greatly weakened, so Minata attempted to fix it.
Baby Naruto is taken by a masked Anbu; seperated from his parents, he is to be the next human sacrifice.
Why did Kushina become a human sacrifice?
It seems that Whirlpool country (Hidden Village of the Whirling tides) clanspeople were masters of the sealing technique.
The First Hokage’s wife MIto was also a human sacrifice.
Mito was the first human sacrifice.
By dying, Kushina became one.
Kushina died, with Naruto being the 3rd.
For the human sacrifice to happen, Konoha and the Whirling Tides had to be friendly countries and distant relatives
Even now, it’s Konoha’s best back mark (design on the back of the suit)
Naruto’s Jersey’s back design is the swirl of the Whirlpool country (Whirling Tides’ Mark).
Now, that sealing jutsu, the special chakra is aimed at being destroyed.

Kushina, “Yes Naruto i was the first Jinchuuriki of the Nine Tails Fox.”
Kushina, “The tale begins during a time i can hardly even remember”
Kushina, “From the time of my birth till i was five years of age i lived in a very different place from the leaf village.”
Naruto, “!!!”
Kushina, “They called my home the hidden whirlpool village.”
Kushina, “It was a small village made up of few Ninja.”
Kushina, “The Ninja of the Whirlpool village were some of the most accomplished medical ninja in the entire world, many even rivaled the legendary sannin Tsunade.”
Naruto, “even better then granny.”
Kushina, “Some of them, It was said that the people of the Whirlpool village had the ability to manipulate the yang affinity to such a degree that they could even create life were there was none before.”
Naruto, “How is that even possible?”
Kushina, “It was passed down in legend that the founder of the whirlpool village was actually some one with direct blood ties to the younger son of Rikudo-sannin.”
Kushina, “Much like in the case of the Senju this blood became mixed with the blood of many people in our village as time passed and like Senju Hashirama every couple of generation people with strong yang affinity would appear in our village.”
Naruto, “So why did they become medical ninja’s and not focus on becoming strong like the Shodai Hokage?”
Kushina, “The Whirlpool Village was situated in such a way that it was between several countries and hidden villages….”
Kushina, “It’s land was officially claimed by four hidden villages, Water Fall, Grass, Rock, and Leaf”
Kushina, “Its because of this fact that the Whirlpool made a promise to all four villages that it would only train its shinobi in the medical arts to act as support for all four major villages”
Kushina, “and this is how Whirlpool gained its fame during the years of the second great shinobi war…healing the wounded and restoring the health of the sick.”
Kushina, “however the shaky treaty between these four villages would soon collapse when the Sandaime Tsuchikage discovered that the Whirlpool shinobi’s special chakra could be used to control the tailed beasts.”
Kushina, “It was then that the Tsuchikage secretly hired the Akatsuki organization to destroy the whirlpool village.”
Kushina, “he assumed that out of the people of the Whirlpool village that took refuge in the Hidden Rock village he would be able to use one of them for experiments into controlling the Tailed beasts.”
Kushina, “but luck was not on his side as it turned out that he was betrayed by Akatsuki who instead of just destroying the village secretly killed off all the people in the whirlpool village talented with manipulating the Yang affinity.”
Kushina, “well all but one.”
Naruto, “you mom”
Kushina, “Yes and it just so happened that my parents were good friends of a legendary ninja of the leaf village Hataka Sukamo and thats how we came to take refuge in the hidden leaf.”
Naruto, “and you talents were recognized and you were enrolled in the ninja academy.”
Kushina, “My talents did quickly become apparent to the elders of the leaf village, but i was not enrolled in the academy; instead i was thrust into a nightmare i thought i would never escape.”
Kushina, “It turns out that the nine-tails demon fox was sealed in special container by Senju Hashirama after his fight with Uchiha Madara, but over the years the seal had weakened and the elders saw me as the perfect new container for the nine-tails.”
Kushina, “The sealing method used to place seal the demon fox inside me was much more crude then the one your father used and thus the pain was unimaginable and this was the hell i was subjected to on my sixth birthday.”
